Re Logging Program Support for Elecraft K2

Nigel-14
I notice that the DxLab suite of programs, which fully supports the K2
interface, is not listed in the list of software.  I use it and find it very
good.

This is a freeware suite of programs with great support from an active
community of users via an email reflector and a provided by a very pleasant
and talented designer.    Logging, Call sign Look up. Propagation
prediction, Rotor drive, Spot collecting, MapView and Digital modes support
plus CW sending are included.  It also Interfaces well with MicroHam
products.

It can be found at

http://www.qsl.net/dxlab/

Perhaps it could be added to the Elecraft List?

Re: Re Logging Program Support for Elecraft K2

David F. Reed
Let me second Nigel's request and recommendation; it is excellent well
supported software; I use it as well; the K2 serial interface cable
works well supporting the remote control options and passing frequency
and mode to the programs.

Aside from the microHAM products, it also does well with the rig blaster
series as well.

I do wish someone would make a proper cable set for the K2 to microHAM
microKEYER though; it would make it easier to get a nice portable setup
going...
