I dont' know if the cost varies from town to town bu I found it much cheaper
to have a 84 page manual printed (color illustrations, double-sided and 'lay-
flat' spiral bound) at Office Depot compared to other places..
...
YMMV and usual disclaimers about NFI....

I'm surprised that no-one else seems to have run into "copyright" problems when trying to have electronic manuals hard copied and bound.   I'm having that problem with Staples with the manual for my LP-100A wattmeter!   e-mailed Larry, "LP", for permission to get copied and will see how that flies.
