Hi,
after carrying out on air tests with several K3-100s  I found that a PSK signal becomes unacceptably wide over about 48 Watts out (indicated on the K3 meter and/or a power meter).

80 Watts out would not get you any friends on a crowded band.

Similarly, the internal 10 Watt amp starts to spread with PSK at around 5watts, so with the K3 for PSK best to avoid power over about 50 watts and between 5 and 12 watts (when the 100W PA kicks in).
