Barry,
The wire I cannot find anymore… at least as an inexpensive option. I have to untangle it a bit. I don’t have the measurements any longer but think I made it for 10 & 14 mhz. A BNC is carefully mounted in the bottom, one with a screw on cable holder and the pin is a solder type. Also don’t know if it is available as it was built at least 10-12 years ago. I have one lead soldered to the connector so I can attach a ground counterpoise if needed.
Wind up reels. I purchased two Radio shack wind up antennas, removed the end connectors and substituted banana plugs which I plug directly into the bnc on the KX3. Now that is a sweet arrangement. I don’t know the length of those either… I just run them out as far as I can and place them as high as I can and that seems to work quite well. I don’t know if Radio Shack carries these any longer as well.

Subject: super flex multiband dipole in a 35 mm camera film can
Hi Bill,
Please tell me more about the super flex multiband dipole in a 35 mm camera film can. I have been in the process of building a dipole with two wind up small reels.
Thanks,
Barry K6ST

Great humor, Hisashi!!!! Isn't it just so? So many years, so much
experience, but the operations matter so much more. With my KX3 I am
hauling out all my old self-made antennas, including a super flex multiband
dipole in a 35 mm camera film can. Love to play.
