Implementation of Method 3 would improve the stability of all K3s,
not only those with the optional TCXO.
Calculation of a drift-correction table via repeated Method 1 or 2
calibrations (as the K3 warms up) can be performed by the owner for
any reference oscillator, whether stock or optional.
The drift-correction table could then be input to Method 3, decreasing
drift regardless of the type of reference oscillator.

At present, "method 3" remains unimplemented. Fortunately the TCXO's
uncorrected drift is already less than +/- 0.5 PPM from 0 to 50 C.
This was the target for "method 3".
