Does anyone have a "feel" for or experience about
how far the KAT2 might be removed from a K2?
My question relates to locating it at the feed point of
a 40' whip on the rear of an RV... in a weatherproof
container, of course.
I'm now using an Icom IC-756 PROII and an AH-4 in
this application and I think it would be difficult to make
an interface that would enable the K2 to communicate
with the AH-4.
Yes, I can buy one of the several automatic tuners on the
market, but I already own both the AH-4 and a (unbuilt)
KAT2. (:-))
