Repair Service

My update/repair took 4 months (June-October) end of last year, All of which I could done myself except for lack of alignment procedures, parts, proper rework, and test equipment.

I'd suggest this isn't an Elecraft problem alone. CA is in the middle of
COVID in a bad way. I sent a mobile rig to Yaesu in Los Angeles, and it
took four months to get it back. I couldn't get a single status update via
email or calls, and didn't know if the radio was going to be repaired or
not - until UPS delivered it to my house. Evidently all incoming shipments
are quarantined for a period of time, then also most of the normal in
office staff are working remote.
