Repair service

My Panadapter has quit working.   When I press the power switch I get a white screen briefly it says :

P3 Boot Loader
Checksum TEST

Then screen blanks out.
I have tried rebooting by holding  power switch while I plug the power cord back in. No luck!
Any suggestions ?
I have filled out the request online  to get a ticket to send it in for repair ....no reply. ? Who should I try and contact to see if I can get it working .

Good luck. I filled one of those out two weeks ago for my K3 and never got a reply. Have left phone messages and nothing.  Their once incredible service is sadly amiss

A few weeks ago I called the main number and received a return auth number for my KPA1500. I packed the amp and shipped it UPS. I received a confirmation from Elecraft when it arrived on April 2nd.
