A total of 24 people were guests in our home on Saturday to attend the
K3 Northwest Workshop.
Overall, it was a success. We ran over time (what was I thinking?) and
there were lots of questions, suggestions, and plenty of interaction.
Elecraft graciously donated two prizes:
KFLA-500 500 Hz roofing filter, won by Bill, W7WEC.
KXV3 Transverter Interface, won by Mike, K7MXB.
Several K3s were present for modifications, and FedEx delivered three
KDVR3s! AB7R and K6KR received their Field Test units, and K7EG got the
first non-FT unit -- which makes him part of the Field Test now :-)
Thank you to Greg, AB7R, and Dick, K6KR, for their invaluable
assistance. And to Heather, N7DZU, assisted by Linda and Nancy, for the
superb meal.

PS - The event was not recorded. I am grateful for the several offers
of help in this regard, but this being the first time we've tried
anything like this I thought there ought to be at least one rehearsal! LJ
