Charles,
You didn't say what the problem is, or what you have set, so.... In Rumlog Preferences, TRX 1 button, set TRCVR to Elecraft K2/K3. Choose the serial port connection to the rig. You do have one, right? On my MacBook Pro, it's a USB to serial converter. That will have to be working to show up in the dropdown. You may have to go walkabout to find a driver. Set the baud rate to match what you have the K3 set to, and set Bits to 8, Parity to None, and Stopbits to 1. It should talk. 73, Mike NF4L On 5/4/12 2:42 PM, chas wrote: > Can someone please tell me how I get Rumlog to communicate with my K3? > > TIA - Charles - M0BIN > ______________________________________________________________ > Elecraft mailing list > Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft > Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm > Post: mailto:[hidden email] > > This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net > Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html > ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |
Charles,
For a little background, do you have your computer talking to the K3 using other programs such as the K3 utility?
