Scope Probe/Christmas

Jim Sheldon
First off, let me wish a very Merry Christmas to all at Elecraft and on this
reflector.

Yesterday, I was gifted with an older Fluke Model 92B Series 2, 60 MHz
ScopeMeter.  Battery pack was shot, but it runs just fine on the wall-wart.
The guy that gave it to me and I have worked together on various projects
over the years, and he had bought this some years back for a big project,
and since that project's completion, he said he hadn't used this thing in
several years, so I might as well have it and get some use out of it.

Wow!  It even has a factory check-out sticker on it dated 11/99.
Calibration was due in 2000, but it hasn't been used since then,  and I
figure that it can't be that far out.  Even with dead battery pack, the
internal clock battery must still be good as when I turned it on, the clock
was only 28 seconds fast compared to my MFJ station clock which synch's
itself to WWVB several times a day.  Considering the last time the Fluke was
used was in December 1999, that ain't too shabby.

Anyone on the reflector have a decent switchable 1:1/10:1 scope probe they
don't need anymore?  If so, let me know off reflector and maybe we can work
something out.

Thanks,
Jim - W0EB
