Signalink USB/RTTY and K3

k0wa@swbell.net

I've had this working before, but I think there have been some changes in the software releases that have change one thing.

It seems that I cannot get enough audio to the K3 to drive it to 100 watts.  I have the K3 in AFSK mode when in Data mode.  I am driving the rig from the back input connector.

I have to turn the line in up to 50 or more and then turn up the TX drive on the Signal Link to get around 80 watts output.  I have about 4 to 5 bars on the ALC, but it seems not wanting to drive to 100 watts output.

In our day and age it seems that Common Sense is in short supply.  If you don't have any Common Sense - get some Common Sense and use it.  If you can't find any Common Sense, ask for help from somebody who has some Common Sense.  Is Common Sense divine?
