Software for PSK31/Morse

John Chance-Read
I am looking for software similar to DigiPan which for PSK31 provides panoramic display of frequency spectrum and identifies each station with its callsign and call info. I want one  FOR MORSE.  I am totally deaf and want to work in contest and I think this is the answer for me.  I tried feeling vibration from loudspeaker but found it too uncomfortable for more than 5 minutes.
I think it also works with PSK31 which in any case I will also try.
I believe this software for morse does exist but am trying to get a copy - I am quite willing to pay for it. Would appreciate your help

CW Skimmer http://www.dxatlas.com/CwSkimmer/ is the only program I know of that will do this for Morse. It does not decode PSK31, but I think Ham Radio Deluxe will do that for you.

Could you read morse shown by a flashing LED? There are circuits that can lock on to a particular audio frequency and flash when audio is present.
