As amazing as it sounds, some folks apparently don't want the K3 they
ordered :-) This is from the order status page: K3s remaining to ship from earlier periods they are due to delays requested by the customer or customers who have not replied to order confirmation inquiries. I also notice that Elecraft is saying 4 months from order to delivery for new orders. That's pretty good considering the first production runs were taking 9 months. My estimate is that mine will end up being about 6 months (Oct-Mar). - Keith N1AS - - K2 5411.ssb.100 - - K3 Wave 3 - _______________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Post to: [hidden email] You must be a subscriber to post to the list. Hi. I'm hanging on, hoping I can at least still be able to get the box open when it comes. It's well worth the wait. And I'm small enough that it may fit in the casket with me. We've had that statement up there for some time. Its primarily there to
remind those who might have missed our confirmation notice emails and need to contact us. The actual number of canceled orders is extremely small. :-) Most of the delayed shipping orders are for people who are going to be away from home when their order pops to the top. All normal stuff in the on-line order world. 73, Eric WA6HHQ _..._ Darwin, Keith wrote: > As amazing as it sounds, some folks apparently don't want the K3 they > ordered :-) This is from the order status page: > > K3s remaining to ship from earlier periods they are due to delays > requested by the customer or customers who have not replied to order > confirmation inquiries. > > _______________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Post to: [hidden email] You must be a subscriber to post to the list.
