I originally wanted a "one box" solution - a BT "receiver" and
auxiliary-channel input and low-level output to feed my amplified
speakers. After a search - with thanks to all who responded - I did not
find one.
My options are:
Door Number One - two boxes - BT "receiver" and mixer feeding my
amplified speakers.
Door Number Two - BT "receiver" and another set of amplified speakers.
Door Number Three - BT "receiver" and simple 10 dB resistor matrix
feeding existing amplified speakers.
Door Number Four - forget about the BT "receiver" and live with the
sound BT from the HT into my hearing aids and the sound from the
computer feeding the existing amplified speakers. One or two less boxes
on the crowded desktop.
Right now Door Number Four sound the easiest.
Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. Project Closed.
