Where may I purchase Spectrogram v5.17?  I've seen the downloadable version but I wanted to obtain it on disc.  Thank you for your help.

You can not buy Spectrogram v5.17, because Richard Horne, the creator of this program, is
lost in (web)space. An the v5.17 is a freeware. So save it yourself on a disc.
