Start building k2

Hans Eelsing
Hello all.

I start building the K2 sn:05700
The first probem is there.
I placed U3 on the wrong place in the control board.
Desolder him out with pump and wick buy i  destroy it.
Frontpanel board is ready and rf board ready to testfase 1.
So monday i have to get another lmc6482 and do testfase 1.
My question is can i build more on the rf board or must i do the test first?

Thanks in advance

Hans,

Those tests so far are resistance checks, mainly to discover if you have
something shorted to the power rails.

Yes, you can proceed to the RF Board construction and then do those tests
after you install your replacement parts.  Do not do any power on tests
until after you replace the part.

Good luck with the rest of the construction.
