Suitable hand-held mic(s) for a K2 #5459

Hi Folks,

I am not a big SSB fan but occasionally drop in on contests just to gage
the response, when using QRP, to my call.  I use the Proset-K2.  Is
there an equivalent hand-held mic which I could use instead? I expect
resistor and jumper modifications.  Any suggestions appreciated.

I use a Kenwood MC-43S, it works great and costs 20 quid from Waters and
Stanton (http://www.wsplc.com/).
