I'm planning to activate Little Bald Mtn [CA - SOTA W6/SN-046] this weekend.
Plan"A": Sat 16 Oct 2010 1700Z to ~2000Z. 14.061 for the first couple
of hours, 10.116 for the last hour. I'll try to post to QRPSpots.com
with my phone but I don't know if I'll have service, and I'm not certain
I know how to send a text message if I do :-)) I haven't managed to
find a mic for the K2 yet.
Plan "B": Same as Plan "A" except on Sunday 17 Oct.
Rig:
Elecraft K2 @ 5W [Elecraft KX1 @ 3W as backup]
Buddipole vertical with elevated radials
Sat is also the NYQP, I'll be a very weak 6 calling you. Any and all
