T1 QRP Antenna Tuner - is U2 supposed to be a 5v or a 6v regulator?

The manual has it listed as a L78L06 or LM78L06 (6v regulator) but I received a LM78L05ACZ in the kit (5v Regulator).
The schematic also shows 6v  (I'm not a PIC guy but I thought they took 5v and not 6v)


Did I get the wrong part or is the manual wrong?
