Hi Jacob,
Last week, I replaced a defective headphone jack on my K2 (the speaker
didn't work anymore). You need only to remove the top cover, then the two
screws that hold the control board to the front panel, then the four screws
that hold the Front Panel to the chassis. You can then unplug the Front
Panel assembly and you will have a good access to the headphone jack. The
most serious part of the job is to desolder the defective jack.
If you want to refer to some Elecraft documentation, I suggest the KSB2
manual on page 16 "Front Panel Components" (my version is Revison E, July
20, 2004). It explains exactly what I'm telling you.
