So much has been said about Elecraft's customer service that I almost feel bad about cluttering up the list with more... but, I ordered a K3/10 online Friday then called Madelyn at Elecraft today to up it to a K3/100 and add another filter. Even though it's probably one of the craziest days of the year for her, and even though I'm a silly, undecided old guy, she was glad to hear from me and couldn't have been more helpful / friendly.
