It was the TX1 setting. I know that I have never touched that since day one. But it is working now. Thanks to all who replied.

I have a 5000A RX2 and don't use a KPA 5000 but I do have a Kenwood 922A. Here are a couple of things for you to check. The easiest is to check the Antenna tab at the top of the main form and make sure the Switch Relay with TR section has something checked. On my rig it's TX1 (Red). For some reason, every time I power down PowerSDR I have to recheck it. With out it, your Flex won't key the linear.
If that's okay, reset your database. I have had databases get corrupted and I was getting no power or low power out. You may want to go through the tabs first and write down your settings if you don't have them already.
