I am writing this email to say a big thank-you to the staff at Elecraft for their courtesy and care for me, the customer. Thanks goes to the management, Keith Trinity (WE6R) technician that saw me through a problem that I had encountered! Without the generous help I encountered from these very nice people I would have spent god knows how many $'s chasing around in circles through no fault of my own.
