By popular demand there is now a new 32 bit installer for K3 Band Stacking Registers w/S-Meter. The original VB installer is actually simpler for the computer but has some file naming limitations and the user needs to know where their Windows/System folder is. I would hope that any PC user would know this, but for the rest -  the new installer is easy enough for a caveman... ;-)
