Transmitting DVR-recorded audio?

Is it possible to transit audio recorded with the KDVR?
First time I recorded audio to demonstrate some distortion and when I played it, it didn't transmit.

Found it in the KDVR (separate) docs, not in the K3 manual:
Press the XMIT button before holding AF PLAY, or the PTT button on your mic.

You can also just press one of the memories M1-M4 and it will transmit automatically assuming you stored it in one of them.
