Trouble with my KXPA100

Hello to all of you, I have a trouble with my KXPA100 and my KX3: for
a few days now, the led of the KXPA100 doesn't go further than 25w
output, even if the KX3 shows 100 w on it !!! Have you any idea of
what is wrong?? I just test the configuration at home with a another
antenna, still the same.......If I look at the KXPA100 utiity I only
see 2w in put and 2 watta output in the kxpa....I hope you will be
