Tune and CW power levels in version 4.60

Jack Colson
I just upgraded to mcu 4.60 and observed that when adjusting the power out on CW to a suitable value to drive an amplifier then switching to tune the power is at almost full (90+watts).  Is this a change from earlier mcu versions or my bad memory?

After setting the tune power out to a lower value and using it at that level the next time you go to use the tune it is back at almost full output.

Help!
