Conditions were quite good although some near continental QRM caused
problems for Steve.
Discussions again covered microphone/headset choices, power supplies and
5 MHz band limits. This week (to my ears at least) everyone seemed to
have good audio.
It would appear that several UK stations received their K3 configured
for the 5 MHz band which excludes the lower 3 UK channels which is
rather odd as my early K3 (serial 80 from November 2007) covers 5.150
MHz to 5.420 MHz.
Stations on the net this week included:
G0VGS, Ian
M1PAF, Paul
M0GJH, Andrew
G3RWF, Nick
M0PIE, Bob
PA2A, Steve
G0IDA, Berni
MM0MRM, Moe
M3WCK, Colin
73 until next week!
Dave, G4AON
K3/100 #80, Acom 1000, dipole antenna
