Just an update on my progress so I can share what I have learned.
So as stuff was disconnected, I for some reason put one snap on choke on the power leads to the K3, and when in TX using the dummy load it buzzed like crazy. I took one #31 ferrite snap on and put 7 turns on it and RF seemed to go away. So I connected the antennas and everyting worked better than before when I had the 1:1 balun. Plus 160m works now the tuner is happy, the amp is happy. So I am going to say another lesson learned. I am going to say this is another lesson learned. Too bad I learn the hard way. Thank you to eveyone who offered suggestions as my next step was removing the 4:1 and putting the 1:1 back in. Again this list is great as I have received great suggestions and am also getting help offline from the reflector on modeling the antennas.
