Use for old KSYN3 boards

Jim Wilson
While there is no market for the old Synth. boards,
they are full of tiny suface mounted parts. Excellent
place to practice removing and replacing some
of them.

You can't hurt it. Try your hand. You may be surprised
at how easily it can be done. (Even for these
89 year old hands and eyes.)   :-)

As I recall there is also a shielded toroid on them similar to the sheilded one for the K2.
Plus tmp connectors that can come in handy.

Re: Use for old KSYN3 boards

Clay Autery
Salvage TMP connectors?

I'd prefer to use new for TMP....  that's why I waited the 6 months to
have a TMP tool custom made for me by T-D, and ordered bags of
connectors....

I will make my own and have perfect TMP cables of the precise length
needed using the best cable available....  lifetime supply.
