Bill,
You can find the schematic for that microphone at
http://www.dxzone.com/cgi-bin/dir/jump2.cgi?ID=15509.
Pin 1 is AF, pin 7 is AF Ground, pin 5 is PTT and pin 6 is PTT ground.
So wire the AF labeled pin on the mic configuration header to pin 1, and
wire the pin labled PTT to the pin labeled pin 5.
Pin 6 should be wired to GND and also pin 7 wired to GND.
You will also need bias to the microphone to provide power. Wire the +5
pin to pin 4, and then connect a resistor at the back of the mic jack
between pins 4 and 1. A resistor between 5.6k and 10k should work fine.
