Using Heil ICM mic with K2

Hello all,

 

I searched around the reflector and couldn't find the answer to my question.
I really want a desk mic for my K2 and was concidering the Heil ICM mic.  I
currently have the Elecraft MH2 mic wired with the 5.6k resistor between pin
1 and 6.  What changes, if any would I have to make to the ICM mic's
connector to have these 2 mic's interchangeable?  Or is this even possible?
