Using Heil ICM mic with K2

Brian - you asked about modifying the Heil ICM microphone for use with
the K2 so it'scompatible with the Elecraft MH2 microphone.

You need to make changes to the ICM plug.  There are only 4 connections
in the plug. You only need to change two of them.

1) The audio on pins 1 and 7 do NOT need to be changed.

2) The PTT needs to be moved
    from pin 5 -> to -> pin 2 and
    from pin ->6 to -> pin 8

Is the Elecraft MH2 actually the Heil iCM with these plug wiring differences?
