Using KX3 in DMR or other digital voice mode

There is I/Q output from KX3 and a 2m transverter as well.  Can KX3 be operated in digital voice mode such as DMR or D star with the help of decoding software in PC?
Digital voice mode becomes popular in V or U.
Any ideas?
