V2.57 Install

After installing beta v2.57, K3 would not TX in CW mode.  After about 15 mins of headscratching, I noted the install had disabled VOX.  That seems unusual that the install would mess with settings.  Anyway, I turned VOX back on and all is well - minor annoyance - had to bring out the manual.
