VFO B not working

I turned on my K3 this morning and VFO B didn´t work. I can´t change the frequency any more or change any settings with VFO B.
I loaded the firmware again, but there was no change and I also  checked for a lose knob-it is fixed.
Can you help? May be it´s an encoder problem, but I hope not.Serial number is around 1750- I can´t get into the menu.

Well, I sent  2 e-mails to this adress- [e-mail], but didn´t get any answer, which is very unusual for Elecraft. Is this adress no longer in use?
