has been exceeded.  I think it's a matter of "Try again later", maybe
tomorrow.

The site has exceeded its bandwidth. For a lot of ISPs that would mean, try
again next month.

A simple solution would be to make use of one of the many free file-sharing
services.  The downside is that folks would have to download the file(s), and
perhaps see an ad or two.

True purists will complain about the ads and walk away from the download.

That would be one place to put the file but the quality of the images for
files on You Tube often aren't very good but at least they are watchable. The
size/run time for the videos on You Tube also seems to impose limits.
