W2 failure

Chris Tate - N6WM
I have a W2 wattmeter that seems to have failed.  its powers up (leds flash on for a moment) but then almost immediately shuts down.  any thoughts on what may be on the blink or something that I can look at?

Seems like I had a power connector issue with mine once. Using a
different power cable took care of it.
One of the sensor lights should be lit.  If no sensors are connected the
S1 and S2 lights will alternately flash.
