Got an e-mail from Don's XYL yesterday morning as I was (literally)
walking out the
door for a trip.

Don came thru the surgery well.

Apparently only one 'spot' was found on his liver and he asked that
it be sent off
for pathology.

Nancy said he was joking with the nurses and doing well.

All for now.

Hi, I'm a neighbor of Don W3FPR.  
Don had surgery the morning of Tuesday March 11th.  I talked with him that
evening and he said that the surgery was very successful with no
complications.  I talked with him today and he indicated that if all
continues to goes well, he'll be sent home on Saturday or Sunday.

Bottom line is that Don is doing well, and would appriciate your continued
thoughts and prayers.

As he indicated in his earlier post , he'll be back on the reflector in a
week or two. The broken K2's will just have to wait :)
