WAARC FD OPS

The Williamsburg Area Amateur Radio Club  (K4RC) of Virginia is having FD
this year.  The 2A station will have a K3 on both the CW and the PHONE
stations. This year, the phone station is gonna knock the socks off the CW
crew (who've had a K3 or the past two years).
