WAARC Field Day

Nr4c
Well, I was right!  The Williamsburg Area Amateur Radio Club had a great FD,
with two K3s.  We broke our previous records and had a lot of fun.  Put as
many qsos on my K3 in past 24 hours as I have since I first put it on the
air last August.

And. SSB station beat the CW geezers in number of contacts, 'course they
take us to the cleaners in points.

This was more fun than a man should be allowed to have with a radio, hunk of
wire and a battery.

Re: WAARC Field Day

N5GE

Us CW geezers have always known that in unfavorable conditions CW wins the day.
