John, Phil, and others,

It is not a Nifty Manual, but a friend created a nice reference for the
K2 as he was learning to use it.
It is available for download on my home page - look a few paragraphs up
from the end of the home page www.w3fpr.com
You can print it and tri-fold it for a nice compact document.
