Why I love my kx3...

So I'm working the contest and my power went out due to high winds
approximately 30 minutes ago. No sweat. I opened up my go kit, pulled the
kx3 and external 6 amp hr battery out, connected the antenna, and I'm back
on the air. Just worked a JA station phone with 5 watts from 6 land. I love
my kx3. What's even better, all the stuff in the neighborhood that causes
me s5 noise is now gone and the noise is s1. Maybe I need to induce a power
outage during the next major contest hihi.
