Why is ssb width sometimes 2.75, 2.65, 2.55 and sometimes 2.80, 2.70, 2.60 ???

Sometimes my ssb width varies like 2.75, 2.65, 2.55 etc and sometime
it varies like 2.80, 2.70, 2.60 etc

What controls the least sig digit as 5 or 0 ????

FYI, Wayne responded with: "Quantization (round off) is impacted by SHIFT and WIDTH settings. Making it consistent is on my list."
