Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit versus DM780

Does anyone know of a fix to prevent DM780 from crashing? Install went
beautifully and then 2 crashes in the middle of 2 PSK31 QSO's. Tnx!

Well, the smart *** response is to go to the Mac + cocoaModem/RUMLog which will solve the problem once and for all, but I'll resist making that crack for now... Oops...

Have you talked to the HRD folks? I've forgotten how awful it is to keep track of windows and the complete rewrites with every version, but if something's broken, they probably should know about it (or putting it another way, they're probably your only choice)....
