Hello all,
I used my Elecraft K3 just now to operate on the FDMDV Mode (14.236Mhz), Digital Voice. The K3 was set to 10 watts of output power into a Yaesu VL-1000 Solid-State Amplifier, to bring it up to 200 Watts. It worked very well, of course. Mel (K0PFX) on the other end, said I sounded great. The antenna is a 3-Element STEPPIR, which is up at 34 feet.
