If anyone contributes to the Combined Federal Campaign, the Wounded
Warrior Project is one of the organizations you can contribute to. I do a portion of my pay every pay period...IMHO there is NO more worthy program than this......doing some small measure to support these hero's who lay it all on the line every day. I love these guys and gals and I don't often use that term. God Bless them all! 73 Greg AB7R Retired CPO On 1/10/2014 9:00 AM, Donald, K6RV wrote: > > > > > > > > > > > > 20 Date: Thu, 09 Jan 2014 00:15:27 -0500 > From: Don Wilhelm <[hidden email]> To: [hidden email] > Subject: > Re: [Elecraft] Wounded Warrior Ham Message > > Steve and all, The "wounded warrior" is Sean Hughes KF5WMK. > > "Yes, thanks to the contributions of several generous hams and Elecraft" > > _(What you forgot to Mention, Don, is that the main credit, in my > view, goes to YOU, Don W3FPR, for your efforts in setting up the rig, > organizing the donations, and getting the radio__ > __to him.)__ > > __Thanks for your hard work !__ > __ > ____73, Donald K6RV_ > > he was able to get on the air at the 100 watt level. > > He was working on his general class license the last I heard, but if > you hear him on the air (even if only on 10 meters), give him a call. > 73, Don W3FPR > > On 1/8/2014 10:59 PM, Stephen Selberg wrote: >>> Greetings, >>> >>> I guess this question is more gear towards Don, but I was curious >>> was the >>> outcome of the wounded warrior ham was?
