[XG3] : Manual

Hi,

There is an inconsistency on the Elecraft web site concerning the XG3 manual
A Rev. A version, dated March 31st is accessible from the "Documents and
Software download page", while a newer version, Rev B, dated April 8th, can
be downloaded from the Order page.
