XV222 Transverter with Icom IC-7600 Configuration

I have an Icom IC-7600 that I am trying to get setup with a Elecraft XV222 Transverter but so far no luck. I have the XV222 transmitting ok but no receive. I am pretty sure that I have followed the manual and setup instructions as it is written but no luck.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
